Exchange Policy for Diamond Pieces:
– Within one week of purchase, a one-time exchange may be made for the same value, provided that the piece is in its original condition and the invoice is available.
– From one week to one year, 25% of the original value is deducted upon exchange.
– From one to two years, 35% of the original value is deducted upon exchange.
– After two years, diamond jewelry pieces to be exchanged are evaluated by the Gold Land Jewelry management team.
Exchange Policy for Gold Pieces:

Customized Orders:
-Once the design, weight and price is agreed on, a confirmed payment receipt will be sent by email.
– The customer has up to 24 hours to cancel the order and a full refund will be placed.
– A professional design, based on the specifications provided will be sent to the customer within 5-10 working days, depending on the item that is requested.
– A size guide for rings, necklaces and bracelets is provided via our website to ensure that all customized orders will be made according to the customer’s preference.
– Modifications during production may incur additional charges and extend the timeline.
– In the event of cancellation after production has started, you may be responsible for the full cost of the piece.
– Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.

– Within one year of purchase, costs and 5% of the original value are deducted upon exchange, provided that the diamond stone is in its original condition and the certificate and invoice are available.
After one year of purchase, diamond stones are evaluated by the Gold Land Jewelry management team – whether for exchange or refund – taking into account international diamond

– Each diamond is graded based on the 4 Cs: Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat weight.
– Every solitaire diamond comes with a certificate from a recognized gemological laboratory (e.g., GIA, AGS).

– Customers can view and select solitaire diamonds from our online catalog or in-store.
– Our expert staff is available to assist in choosing the perfect diamond based on your preferences and budget.
– A deposit of 50% is required to reserve a diamond.
– Full payment is due at the time of purchase.
– Diamonds are securely packaged and insured for transit.
– Our solitaire diamonds come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
– The warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or alterations by unauthorized jewelers.
– Additional maintenance services are available at a nominal fee.
Cancellation Policy
DAMAGES & RETURNS:
– If you happen to receive your jewelry damaged, please make sure to inform us within 3 days of delivery.
– Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, and in their original packaging.
– Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
– In the event of cancellation after production has started of the customized orders, you may be responsible for the full cost of the piece.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
– Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.
– After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
*Custom Orders: Custom or personalized jewelry items cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please ensure all the details are correct before confirming your order.

– Delivery is free for all our Local orders (Jordan).
– Once the order is ready to dispatch, delivery will take 2- 7 working days worldwide.

– An additional 90$ will be added to the checkout for the international deliveries for all our Gold orders.
Shipping Exchange Policy:
