Terms & Conditions:
– Diamond pieces may only be exchanged with similar diamond items of equal or greater value.
– Upon refund, credit card commissions are either deducted or deposited into the account,
whereas collected points and free vouchers are deducted
– Gold Land Jewelry reserves the right to refrain from purchase in case of limited financial
liquidity or force majeure.
– Cash refunds are not applicable on gift vouchers.
– Only customers to whom the invoice was issued from any of our branches have the right to
handle all or part of the contents listed in the invoice – whether selling or exchanging gold or
diamond jewelry.
– Custom pieces are not exchangeable or refundable. However, they may be purchased
according to the global gold price and after deducting costs.
– Costs are deducted upon exchanging or refunding modified gold pieces.
– Upon the exchange or refund of modified diamond jewelry pieces, 40% of the original value is
deducted.
– A personal ID or other official identification documents must be presented upon exchange or
refund.
– Gold Land Jewelry reserves the right to amend the Exchange and Refund Policy at any time and
retroactively.
